BSA Moose Camporee Merit Badge Class Registration Form

Scoutmasters, please make sure there is a contact number and email on this form so we can reach you if there is a problem. PLEASE remember we have many classes that are limited in size. Keeping that in mind, do not try to register a large number of your scouts in a class that may only allow 6-8-10. It's not going to happen, we will not allow a troop to take over the class numbers. We have over 300 boys who need to be in a class, please work with us.

NEW! MINI-MOOSE PROGRAM: If you have a scout who will be attending the Mini-Moose program just register this program as the Merit Badge. It's that simple, just type in Mini-Moose.
Full details of the Mini-Moose program can be found on the Merit Badge list.

This form is set up for you to register 25 scouts.
If you have more than 25 scouts attending, simply change the names and submit the form again.

This form is to be completed for ALL Merit Badge Classes.
If you have a scout taking an AM and a PM class,
please list the classes on this registration sheet together.
